By using Safer Plus, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions
Notice ⚠️ According to Egyptian laws, female visitors are not allowed to visit bookings made by male guests unless there is an official relationship or a legal marriage certificate.
1. Platform Nature
Safer Plus is a digital platform acting as a technical intermediary connecting users with independent service providers (“Hosts”) to list and book accommodations, activities, or transportation services.
Safer Plus does not own or operate these services.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
All information provided must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
Safer Plus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Bookings
All bookings made through the platform are subject to availability
Once confirmed, you will receive confirmation via the app, email, or SMS.
Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the service provider (Host).
Any applicable cancellation fees will be clearly displayed before confirmation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within up to 14 business days.
6. Host Responsibilities
Hosts are solely responsible for:
The accuracy of their listings
Setting their own pricing independently
Delivering the agreed service and quality
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Safer Plus does not interfere in host pricing.
7. Platform Fees & Commission
Safer Plus charges operational fees or commissions for facilitating bookings and providing platform services.
These fees are determined according to internal business policies and may vary depending on the service or agreement.
8. Platform Role Limitation
Safer Plus acts as a technical intermediary facilitating the booking process and strives to provide a reliable and smooth experience.
The Host remains responsible for delivering the service as described.
9. Payments & Setllements
Payments are processed through the platform or its authorized payment partners.
Host settlements are handled according to the platform’s operational schedule.
10. Prohibited Use
Users and Hosts may not provide false information, bypass the platform, or use the service unlawfully.
11. Modifications
Safer Plus may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Electronic Acceptance
By creating an account or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms, forming a legally binding electronic agreement.
13.Damage Protection Policy
Safer Plus is committed to prSafer Plus is committed to providing a safe experience for both users and hosts. In the event of verified material damages resulting from the use of the service through the platform, the host may submit a review request through the support team.
Safer Plus will review the report and conduct the necessary investigation based on the information and evidence provided by the concerned parties
If liability is established, compensation may be provided in accordance with the platform’s protection policy, with a maximum limit of up to 25,000 Egyptian pounds, subject to the platform’s assessment and the results of the review.
Safer Plus reserves the right to conduct its evaluation independently, and this clause does not constitute traditional insurance, but rather a protection program intended to support hosts in exceptional cases.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
