Yes, registration is completely free for travellers and hosts. There are no subscription fees; hosts pay only a small commission on each successful booking.
We offer several payment methods: credit card (Visa/Mastercard), mada and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted and protected.
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your stay. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.
Yes, every host goes through a strict verification process covering identity and property ownership before their account is activated.
Yes, once your booking is confirmed you can message the host through the in-app chat.
The Safer+ commission is only 10% of each booking — among the lowest in the market.
