RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1.A fully refundable security deposit of 3 nights at least or its equivalent is required at check-in. It will be
refunded in full at check-out, provided there is no damage.

2.Charges will apply for any damage to the (villa/apartment) or its contents, including glassware,
kitchen utensils, indoor and outdoor furniture, furnishings, or excessive soiling of towels, bed linens,
or pool water.

3.All lights and air-conditioning units must be turned off when leaving the (villa/apartment). You may
request the housekeeper to pre-cool the unit before your return.

4.Children in the pool must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Under no circumstances
may children be left unattended.

5.Entry of individuals not included in the original booking is strictly prohibited.

6.Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior approval. Music must be turned down after
10:00 PM.

7. 12-hour car and driver bookings begin at the agreed time, regardless of the guests’ departure time
from the (villa/apartment).

8.Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Extra Fees:

9. Maid Fee is 1000 LE / Night

10. Car Rental starts from 2000 LE / Night (if you want)
Check-in and Check-out Policy:

Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards.

Check-out: Until 11:00 am.

Late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Stay and Conduct Rules:

The property is for residential use only.

No parties or loud gatherings are allowed.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and not disturb neighbors or other residents.

Only the persons listed in the booking are allowed to stay at the property.

The tenant is fully responsible for maintaining proper conduct during the stay.
